Live Sale Order Fulfillment Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience for all customers, the following policy applies to orders placed during our livestream events:

• Order Fulfillment Deadline: All orders placed during a livestream must be fulfilled (i.e., paid in full) by 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Standard Time (PST) the following day.

• Abandoned Orders: Any order not fulfilled by this deadline will be considered abandoned and automatically canceled.

• Repeat Offenders: Customers with three (3) or more abandoned orders may be restricted from accessing future livestream sales at our discretion.
